圣路易斯华盛顿大学（WUSTL）是中等规模的四年制私立大学，开设了90多个项目，1500多门课程。
关于地理
WUSTL占地共2300多英亩，共有150个主建筑。其校区包括：丹佛斯（Danforth Campus）；Medical campuses；位于Clayton的West Campus和South Campus；位于圣路易斯市的North
Campus；位于University City的560 Music Center和Lewis Center；和占地2,000英亩的Tyson研究中心（距离圣路易斯市20英里）。

Thurtene Carnival

TedDrewes：圣路易斯几乎人人皆知Ted Drewes。他可能50年前毕业于WUSTL，是文理学院经济学专业毕业的校友（A.B. '50）。是Ted Drewes Frozen Custard（一家超级著名的冰激凌店）的所有者，这家店是由他的父亲在1929年创建的。Ted Drewes被WUSTL评为2000年Distinguished Alumni，不仅因为他的事业成功，更是因为他对做慈善的热情。

Lots of close attention and faculty relationships in the social sciences and the business school.
I'm a psychology major and I love it. It is really flexible and lets me explore areas that interest me.
Additionally I can do research for credit, which is awesome. I've learned lots of interesting things
and even got to go to a conference!
It is beautiful comfortable and convenient to campus. There are lots of options including
apartment style housing for upperclassmen (having a kitchen is amazing). It can be a little pricy,
but it's definitely worth it.
There are lots of security measures in place, from the campus police paroling campus and the
surrounding area, to the blue emergency lights which go off campus for students safety. There is
also a student group called Bear Patrol which will walk you back to your dorm late at night and a
shuttle which will take students who live off campus home. I have never felt unsafe on campus.
Off-campus dining: There is an area about 10 minutes from campus (walking) called the "Delmar
Loop". It was recently rated one of the top ten streets in America and has lots of local restaurants
as well as some chains restaurants and ethnic cuisine. I recommend Pi pizzeria, which is so good
that president Obama had their pizza flown to the white house. If you are looking for a more
variety in ethnic food head down to the central west end (10 minute by the metro) to sample a
wider variety. If your looking for something classy head to Clayton(5 minutes by car). There are
also lots of places in the area that deliver.
Fall is the most beautiful season! The colors are amazing. Summer is very hot and humid. Winter
is very cold (especially if you are from the south) and this past year it lasted a very long time.
The weather is not really anything special. There are definitely enough days where you can stroll
outside wearing just a shirt and shorts and be happy, but there are also way too many days from
November-March where it gets cold, rainy, and snowy.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, in that the DUC (Danforth University Center), Bears Den
(dining hall), Olin Library (and the multiple other libraries on campus) are very well maintained
and suitably provide for students. The green spaces on campus are beautifully maintained with
blossoming trees and bushes as well, and overall I'd say you can always find a nice spot to sit and
work quietly. However, my only concern is with the art school side of the campus, where facilities
are very poorly maintained and the buildings themselves look dilapidated and worn out--I've spent
many hours in these buildings and let me just say that the environment is not at all conducive to
creative learning.
