  Less Pressure, Better Life

  With the growth of grades, our study work become heavier and heavier. According to the survey, there are seventy-five percent students thinking they have too much pressure and even more than half of the students have mind problems. As a student, I know too much pressure is bad for our health, sometimes we can't sleep, can't eat, and even get depression. Therefore, how to reduce the pressure has become an important problem.

  First of all, we need to start from ourselves, we should be confident. When the difficulty comes, we should face them bravely and try our best to solve it. What’s more, when we meet some problems we can’t solve, we can ask our parents, teachers and friends for help, I believe they must be ready to give us a hand.

  Secondly, we need to start from source of the pressure, I find heavy work and competitions are the main causes of too much pressure. To solve this problem, we should communicate with our parents, tell them what we want and what we hate. If we feel tired, don’t hide feelings, just tell others I’m so tire that I need to rest. In addition, we can do some things we enjoy to reduce our pressure, such as reading, travelling, watching movies and so on.

  Life is like a spring, proper pressure can make it jump higher, but too much pressure will damage it. Therefore, we should make ourselves strong in order that nothing can hurt us. And relax ourselves properly and enjoy life reasonably, you will find life is excellent and we can also be excellent.
